It's called Network Address Translation.  (man iptables)

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d AAA.AAA.AAA.AAA \
          -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 \
          -j DNAT --to-destination BBB.BBB.BBB.BBB
