I've seen you ask this a couple of times....  If I had any answers, I'd 
let you know.  We don't do embedded stuff, so we pull out dual 
processors when we can.  We're planning on using the TYAN EATX MBD DUAL 
K8 AMD940-PCIEX16.  The trick is that we're going to run them in 32 bit 
mode until 64 bit is supported. :)
