For now this is not supported :-)
In the long run it should be possible to tell ekiga that the headset has
closed, however this would require some king of communication between
headsetd and ekiga -- i'm not there yet :-(

Good. So it looks like mmap support is broken. It's weird as it works
properly with aplay for instance. :-(
I think i'm gonna remove it for now...
