Hi,
when QEMU is running with SDL, serial console input does not
work for keys which expand to more than one character:
important keys like cursor up / down / left / right
only give ESC, not ESC [ A and so on.
So features like serial console line editing are unavailable
with SDL :-(
Serial port input works in QEMU with -nographic.
