My system has a more or less complete installation of util-linux, (but
with many programs renamed to yield to other packages and it's a
hybrid of various releases of util-linux because I tend to upgrade
only the parts that need upgrading) and it's got 61 programs in it,
including 4 symbolic links.  So it looks like Debian already
eliminated the more crufty pieces for you.
