help me please ! I can't patch patch-o-matic-ng

My kernel is /usr/src/kernels/2.6.16-1.2111_FC4-i686.
 I have been downloaded kernels2.6 on /usr/src/linux.
 I create folder /usr/src/iptables.and extract iptables 1.3.4 source.
 and download p-o-m-ng file. then extract it on /usr/src/iptables folder.
 go on /usr/src/iptables/patch...ng folder

Not sure what its trying to say, but that patch is in the kernel
for ages, so you don't need to apply it yourself.
