That depends only on your interests. Tell us what you want to know!
Drivers? Sound? Network? SCSI?
Filesystems? ext2? ext3? Maybe Reiser4? ;)
Have you already compiled and run your own kernel? Played around with the configuration?
Have you read LDD3? And /Documentation?
