No, but if hit "reply all" in thunderbird (as you usually would do on
mailing lists), the reply will go to the Mail-Followup-To: address
(which you have set). And there's a TB extension for using List-Post.
There are still MUAs not using Mail-Followup-To, so I let my MTA also
set Reply-To to the list address.
Leaving the technical discussion, I'd say that on a list where you
usually have experienced users (like the ones on this list should be),
no reply-to munging should be done. On some non-IT-topic, I would
probably do it.
