Hello,

I don't want to sound like a nosy person, but does anybody has any
information on the proceedings of hans' case? I think he was to
pleed not guilty on last saturday.

btw, the list is oh-so quiet...

Well...I think it would be rather hard to make it otherwise...

With no information at hand we would be reduced to speculating and I 
doubt that is what anybody wants to do.

Then again, the quietness of the list could very well be a sign of the 
robustness of reiserfs :D

If Hans is reiser4 then I see little hope on the filesystem side of 
things in Linux.

Hans and his family have had it rough. One wonders whether all the 
resistance involved in getting reiserfs/reiser4 into Linux was partly to 
blame.
