This sounds exactly like what Ubiquiti calls AirSelect, with the
following parms:

Enable AirSelect:??? 
Frequency List:??? 
Hop Interval:?????miliseconds
Announce Count:
_______________________________________
I tried that but it just didnt work on my machine
