I first loaded all necessary modules without problems and after plugging
the memory stick in the error occurs.

Other usb-devices like bluetooth or a printer work.

It seems that PCI_DMA_BUS_IS_PHYS doesn't get initialized.
The crash takes place when executing my printk of PCI_DMA_BUS_IS_PHYS in
drivers/scsi/scsi_lib.c
