This doesn't look like pae mode. Bit 5 of cr4 should be set. This is
true for GUEST_CR4 (always so for kvm) but not for HOST_CR4.
One way of checking is
grep Hugepagesize /proc/meminfo
2MB means pae, 4MB is non-pae.
