I am using gentoo-sources-2.6.18-r5
The entire patch list is available in:
http://dev.gentoo.org/~dsd/genpatches/patches-2.6.18-7.htm
So I copied the original w83627ehf.c to w83627ehf.c.orig
And used your w83627ehf.c.txt as w83627ehf.c
The modules works but I am not sure if the numbers are all right.
The attatchment is the screenshot of gkrellm2
