Once we have one stable version, upgrading is "just" another milestone. :) BTW, make sure that your contractor/employer officially permits you to contribute code back that you developed for his project. More and more companies understand how Open Source works, but some (specifically larger ones) still have formalisms even for Open Source contributions in place that may require additional steps first.
