There must be a Murphy's law somewhere that says: "You never find the
answer to your question until you ask the experts in a public forum".
At any rate, I just found "sample.a2dprc" not in "alsa-plugins" but in
"alsa-plugins/a2dpd/".
Still it might be good to adjust the instructions to reflect either one
or the other path for newbies as misfortunate as I.
