Hi, I am current;y looking through the PDAPI spec

Here are my observations:
Page 9, line 4, section 3.5 Alpha Composition: Should we really have
this section where the alpha composition is not supported yet?
Page 9, line 8, section 3.6 Scan Rule: I do not really understand this
section. I think the wording should be redone to make this section more
clear.
