Subject: [ANNOUNCE] kvm-19 release
Date: Mon, 16 Apr 2007 16:23:24 +0300 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <462378CC.5070307@qumranet.com> (raw)
If you boot Windows as a guest and enjoy the white screen while it
boots, take a screenshot NOW as the white screen (and associated
15-second delay) is gone in kvm-19.
Other than that, kvm-19 is a random assortment of bug fixes.
Changes from kvm-18:
- bug fixes
- memory aliasing api
Note that if you use the modules from Linux 2.6.20, you need to use
kvm-12. You can use kvm-19 with Linux 2.6.20, provided you use the
external module included in kvm-19. API/ABI stability is planned for
Linux 2.6.22.
