Subject: A patch for Linux 2.6.21.2/CPUFREQ
Date: Tue, 29 May 2007 18:01:52 +0300 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <465C4060.4070600@iki.fi> (raw)
Hi!
I have prepared a patch for 2.6.21.2 which allows the user to choose any
cpufreq governor as the default one - not just 'performance' or
'userspace'. This is my first patch so I have a few questions:
1. Is this list the place to send the patch to get some feedback from it?
2. Could I send is as an plain text attachment. For some reason
Thunderbird breaks the inline patch by inserting some odd NUL characters
to some places.
Thanks for your time.
Best regards,
Severi Salminen
