This fixes a nasty oops introduced in kvm-27, and paves the way for
guest smp (no, it still doesn't work in this release).
Changes from kvm-27:
- fix host oops on guest context switch
- many code cleanups (Nguyen Anh Quynh, others)
- prepare kernel for guest smp
- update libkvm for guest smp
- update testsuite for guest smp
- emulate hlt in real mode (avoids crash when booting from unformatted disk)
- initialize ata ports for Fedora 7 guests (Luca Tettamanti)
Notes:
If you use the modules from kvm-28, you can use any version of Linux
from 2.6.9 upwards.
If you use the modules from Linux 2.6.20, you need to use kvm-12.
If you use the modules from Linux 2.6.21, you need to use kvm-17.
API/ABI stability is planned for Linux 2.6.22.
