Doesn't seems so for me here. Opening
http://www.xenomai.org/index.php/Main_Page
with an evil Windows box shows no abnormal behaviour, page source looks
OK as well.
Can you check your box and link carefully? Maybe you have some parasite
loaded that redirects your DNS queries.
