Subject: capture sound from an app and send it to an other app

Hello! I'm trying to find help to do something that shoul allow me to 
capture audio stream outgoing from an application and redirect it to an 
other as audio stream input. It like to do it for different istances of 
the application (an instance generates out - the other take input, this 
many times). how to do so? What i should do? And how?
