Like Ben said, you will need to run a script to manage your dynamic IPs. 
  One thing to keep in mind is that you will need to run a script that 
is aware of each interface's IP address so that it can manage the 
multipath nexthop route(s).  Thus you can not have a generic script that 
is called for each interface in such a way that it is unaware of the 
state of the other interfaces.
