Subject: Trouble apt-get install dosemu-freedos
Date: Mon, 29 Oct 2007 20:35:14 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <47268A52.1000108@mindspring.com> (raw)
Using a newly installed Kubuntu Gutsy Gibbon.
First, I did
apt-get install dosemu
It seemed to install.
The old settings for dosemu were already in my home directory which was
not changed by the install.
I noticed that, although dosemu came up properly, I could not exit with
'exitemu'.
Eventually I did alt-F4 to exit.
Next I removed dosemu with
apt-get remove dosemu.
Then I tried
apt-get install dosemu-freedos
and was told there are unmet dependencies.
I did not install the xfonts-terminus-dos package.
What am I doing wrong? Do I need to add a DEB repository?
