I'm wondering - is this uncharted territory, or has migration on HVM
(with xenapi) worked in the past? We'll be happy to help fix this...but
it would go a long way to know what is thought to be working.
Strangely, I have found that I can migrate guests with xenapi that were
not created with xenapi.
Just as a hack, I also tried always returning True for is_hvm. This
seemed to get the migration process further, but seemed to get hung up
on closing(or connecting) the vkbd device - leaving the domain in a
broken state at both the sender, and receiver
