Subject: Switching over to vger mailing list
Date: Sat, 15 Dec 2007 07:28:56 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <47637428.4070105@googlemail.com> (raw)

I think it's time to completely switch over to vger mailing list [1].
List description is there, archive is at [2] (the complete one!), Tony
changed the ml links at muru.com [3], so no reason any more why not to
switch.

We shouldn't use linux-omap-open-source@linux.omap.com any more,
linux-omap@vger.kernel.org is where the show is now. Everybody please
subscribe at [1] and stop posting to
linux-omap-open-source@linux.omap.com.

Regarding old list [4] I propose to disable subscription system,
change the text to anything like

-- cut --
This is the old OMAP ML. Please don't use it any more. Instead, use

http://vger.kernel.org/vger-lists.html#linux-omap

Subscription system is disabled.
-- cut --

but keep the system and list running for a while.

linux-omap-open-source-owner: Can you do this?

If you find anywhere else (wikis?) links to old list, please correct them.

Many thanks and best regards

Dirk
