Hi,
with "acpi_apic_instance=2"
I get   APIC error on CPU1: 00(40) (with dmesg) - so I guess working
better is with acpi_apic_instance=0. acpi_apic_instance=2I attached the
output of dmidecode. By the way I have big problems with overheating and
 therefore shutting down, but I am not sure if that is related.
