o Fonts:
- Add unicode fonts (UniCyrExt_8x16.psf, UniCyr_8x14.psf,

- Add Lat2-Terminus16 font
- Fix sun12x22 font unicode mapping table (Vitezslav Crhonek)

- Add '.acm' suffix for compatibility with console-tools
