Hi,

HVM linux guests don't respond after migration when using e100
nic device, because save/restore function is not supported for
the e100 device model.

The attached patch adds save/restore for e100 virtual nic.
With this patch, both windows and linux hvm guests apear to
work well after restore. Please correct me if anything is missing,
since I only have a basic understanding of the structure of
e100 devicemodel.
