Not that I am aware of.

I've always wanted to scratch my itch for the OR1K and bring it
up on an Altera Cyclone. I'd be interested in helping out (if I can
find some time).

If you're familiar with the Altera Nios, you might find the
nios2 tree helpful as a template.
