I'd like to install one of these devices.

What'd you suggest?

Hardware?
USB or PCI?
What model, particularly could you suggest me?

And what's a good software to play?


I've got another question, then: may I broadcast (or also multicast or 
unicast) the stream to a/some computers of the LAN using some streaming
