Hi Peter,
Start by looking in the u-boot code/documentation to see if your
processor is supported. Look through boards using that processor to get
a feel for what needs to be customized for a port.
See the DULG manual:
<http://www.denx.de/wiki/DULG/WebHome>
Browse the source:
<http://git.denx.de/>
Read the README:
<http://git.denx.de/?p=u-boot.git;a=blob;f=README;h=5cbe7c1e80daabeee8c43247db7041b999919025;hb=HEAD>
(especially starting at line 3732 ;-)
<http://git.denx.de/?p=u-boot.git;a=blob;f=README;h=5cbe7c1e80daabeee8c43247db7041b999919025;hb=HEAD#l3732>
Then come back and ask specific questions and we will give you more
specific answers.
Best regards,
gvb
