List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , Sender: video4linux-list-bounces@redhat.com Errors-To: video4linux-list-bounces@redhat.com List-ID: Hi, What is the best method to enumerate video devices, so that a program can display a list of present hardware in/outputs? Just iterating over /dev/video0 to /dev/videoSomeHighNumber seems a bit 'unprofessional'. (BTW I'm also looking for the right way of enumerating framebuffer devices...) I didn't find anything in the api-spec nor at google (perhaps I had the wrong searchphrases?). Please enlighten me. ;-) Lars. -- video4linux-list mailing list Unsubscribe mailto:video4linux-list-request@redhat.com?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/video4linux-list
