I'm not good enough with sed to fix this, so if anyone wants to write a 
patch to the Makefile that adds "use lib (split(/:/, $$ENV{GITPERLLIB} 
|| "@@INSTLIBDIR@@"))" to gitweb.perl, please go ahead. ;-)
