My suggestion: Common Printing Dialog API -> CPDAPI (with the D, to not
have Common Printing API).
Common Printing Dialog API is a good name, as the pluggable dialog
concept is for having one and the same printing dialog for all apps,
independent whether the user or the distro opts for the OpenUsability
dialog or any other one.
