Unfortunately I get a BSoD when upgrading from 0.9.6, booted without
/gplpv. I was however able to boot again with /gplpv specified, so no
damage is done. What is the correct upgrade path for 0.9.x? Should I
just follow the "pre-0.9.0" steps for this?
