Actually, we're not using the device model for PV either. Apart from the
command line parser we're getting at least the graphics and (with
tap:ioemu) the whole image handling stuff from qemu. For HVM, obviously,
we're using the device model, and I assume that Gerd will do that, too.
As John says, I think this approach (let qemu handle everything) could
indeed make sense because it has the potential to make things much simpler.
