Keir,
the following mails contain the rebased version of the HVM NUMA guest
support patches to apply against the current staging tree (which
basically contains last week's patch 1 & 2 now). Since the current
upstream version does not give anything new (beside the changed
hypercall), it would make sense to commit these patches, too.
If you want to have some refactoring or cleanup, please tell me and I
will rework it.
