This series deals with address space mapping issues around h2g/g2h that
currently exist on 64-bit hosts running 32-bit Linux user-space guests.

The first patch is an unmodified repost of the h2g instrumentation to
detect such issues, the other three patches are a reworked approach to
fix the current issues (specifically on x86).

This series fixes the problem reported here:
