"permadded" set in "lib/libaudit.c" as follows：
 int audit_permadded hidden = 0;
 int audit_archadded hidden = 0;
 int audit_syscalladded hidden = 0
  
 It declares in "src/auditctl.c" as follows:
 extern int audit_permadded;
