Subject: [linux-dvb] Nova-S Plus questions

Message-ID: <48A3F54E.40709@boerkel.de> (raw)
HI!
I exchanged my TT 1500 cards for Nova-S Plus cards because of glitches
in recordings every now and then.
The Novas seem to work fine, however there are some strange things:
The cards report signal strength 98% and snr 99%. This can't be right.
UNC reporting apparently does not work.
dvbsnoop -s signal also does not work (unsupported or adapter in use).
I am using kernel 2.6.23.
Any hints/info on these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Thomas
