You can replace your kernel and use wireless-testing or you keep your kernel and get the trunk via svn from madwifi.org. I'm using madwifi at the moment because I don't want to change my distributions kernel. Since ath9k is not in wireless-compat I'm unable to compile ath9k with my current kernel.
