Run /usr/sbin/NetworkManagerDispatcher /usr/sbin/nm-system-settings in
the network manager domain

Remove debian ifdef on log file

Additional /var/run directory

networkmanager_script_domtrans needed so that dbus can start
networkmanager_t

networkmanager needs more capabilities and setsched getcap

NetworkManager execs rpm when it crashes to get processess dump

Starts ntp, ppp init scripts.
