Is SDL even supported on Mac OS X? I though the cocoa display driver is
used instead.
Anyway it should be pretty straightforward to make the opengl patch
compile on Mac OS X.
However I don't have any Mac OS available so I'll make the changes you
suggested, but I'll need your help to test them :)
