Hi,
I *think* the problem is that it is not finding the .config file
from building the kernel - 2.6.24.19. If you look in the /boot directory
ubuntu installs the .config file when it installs the kernel. However it
will be called something like config-2.6.24-19-server. Copy the file to
/lib/modules/`uname -r`/build/.config and try again.
