Perhaps, but I use the following in emacs:

(c-add-style "qemu"
        '("stroustrup"
                (indent-tabs-mode . nil)
                (c-basic-offset   . 4)
                (tab-width . 8)
        )
        nil)

Perhaps someone can post the appropriate vim-fu too.
