Fix initrc labeling
Add interface to send ppp sigkill
And domtrans initrc
(NetworkManager does both)
Fix admin domain
Allow etc files to be sent as mail
Needs net_admin for pptp domain
pptp modifies routing table and sends udp packets
Reads system state and executes shells
Reads etc files and execs ifconfig
Can be started by dbus
