There seems to be no PCI / PCI Express card available (yet?), but you might be able to use something like http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.9307 ("Mini PCI to PCI Adapter") and a Mini PCI card with Atheros abgn chipset like http://www.ubnt.com/products/sr71a.php Unfortunately these cards are very expensive (cf. e.g. http://www.netgate.com/product_info.php?products_id=587 ) and you have to find a way to get a second and third antenna attached.
