[PATCH #upstream-fixes] libata: initialize port_task when !CONFIG_ATA_SFF

Subject: libata: initialize port_task when !CONFIG_ATA_SFF

ap->port_task was not initialized if !CONFIG_ATA_SFF later triggering
lockdep warning.  Make sure it's initialized.
