Hi,
by request I forward this to the dev list. We are currently in need of
5-6 volunteers who are willing to help at the booth.
At the moment we have:
Leon Woestenberg
Robert Schuster

Hi,
the hunting season has begun: FOSDEM organisers accept requests for
devrooms and stands. The stuff I prepared below should be sent
(literally or modified) to devrooms@fosdem.org before Saturday
2008-11-22, 23:59 CET.
All details can be found here:
http://fosdem.org/2009/call_for_devrooms_and_stands
The most important bit is IMHO finding one or two volunteers who want to
take the role of the devroom and/or stand responsible.
Devroom request:
Project Name : OpenEmbedded
Website : http://openembedded.net
Description : OpenEmbedded is a sophisticated environment for
cross-compiling software. It supports the generation of complete
Linux-based operating system images for various architectures and builds
~6000 software packages. The project forms the base for distributions
like Angstrom, OpenMoko and SlugOS.
Devroom Responsible:
As a project dealing with embedded Linux we are happy to cooperate with
other projects from that area.
----------------------------
Stand request:
Project Name : OpenEmbedded
Website : http://openembedded.net
Description : See above.
Planned activities:
* demonstrate embedded hardware running OE-derived OS
* hand out flyers
* explain OE
Stand Responsible:
Regards
Robert
