1.15 schedule:

    19 Nov 2008: 1.15-rc1
    26 Nov 2008: 1.15-rc2   (strings freeze, po/*.po > TP.org)
    01 Dec 2008: 1.15

Here is a list of changes which are proposed for 1.15 :

      unicode_start: Without any arguments utility will only set unicode mode

      [keymaps] ruwin_*: Use qwerty-layout.inc
      [consoletrans] Update 8859-7_to_uni.trans
      analyze.l: Add warning for on U+xxxx keysym specifications >= 0xf000
      po/cat-id-tbl.c: Update messages
